For sure, the standard is different that one would apply for a European school. But do not forget the local conditions in the remote mountain area with no schools close by, no opportunity to learn to write and to count. The children are living in the mountain school and enjoying the vacation time with their family. Bringing back to their villages what they learned in the school. “If you educate one child, you educate a whole village” – how true this sentence is.
